Refund Policy for Five Outbound

At Five Outbound, we are committed to ensuring our clients are satisfied with our services. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be issued.

1. General Statement & Merchant of Record

Our goal is to provide high-quality IT consulting, business consulting, data science, talent acquisition, and lead generation services. We encourage clients to carefully review their service agreements and our scope of work before making a payment.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller, Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. As such, Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns and refunds on our behalf, in accordance with this policy.

2. Refund Eligibility by Service Type

Due to the nature of our services, our refund policy varies depending on the service category.

a) Consulting Services (IT, Business, Data Science, Lead Generation)

● Services Already Rendered: Fees paid for consulting hours, completed project milestones, and services that have already been delivered are non-refundable. This is because our work involves significant investment in time, research, and resources that cannot be recovered.
● Pre-paid Services: If you have pre-paid for a block of consulting hours or a project and wish to cancel before the work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund, less any administrative or setup fees. Refund requests must be submitted in writing before the scheduled start date of the service.
● Client Dissatisfaction: We strive for excellence. If you are dissatisfied with a service that has been rendered, please contact us within 7 days of service delivery. While we do not offer refunds on completed work, we will make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, which may include re-working a deliverable or providing a credit for future services at our discretion.

b) Talent Acquisition & Staffing Services

● Placement Fees: Fees associated with the successful placement of a candidate are non-refundable once the candidate has accepted the offer and their employment has commenced.
● Placement Guarantee: Our service agreements may include a candidate replacement guarantee. If a placed candidate leaves or is terminated within a specified period (e.g., 90 days), we will work to find a replacement candidate at no additional placement fee. Please refer to your specific service agreement for the terms of this guarantee.

c) Online Training & E-learning Courses

● We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our online training and e-learning courses.
● To be eligible for a refund, you must submit a request within 14 calendar days of your purchase.
● Refunds will not be granted if it is determined that a significant portion of the course content has been consumed or downloaded.
● No refunds will be issued for requests made after the 14-day period has expired.

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are generally non-refundable:
● Any administrative or setup fees.
● Fees for services already performed and completed.
● Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client.
● Subscription fees after the service period has begun.

4. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be made in writing and sent to our support team.
1. Please email your refund request to info@fiveoutbound.com.
2. In the subject line, please write "Refund Request".
3. In the body of the email, include your full name, the service you purchased, the date of purchase, and a clear explanation of why you are requesting a refund.

We will review your request within 5-7 business days and notify you of the outcome.

5. Processing of Refunds

If your refund request is approved, it will be processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. The refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.
